OCOOPA Direct recalled about 1.5 million of its hand warmers, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, July 30. A 44-year-old Haddon Heights man admitted to sexually abusing a 3-year-old girl, authorities announced Wednesday, Aug. 5.
