JLL Capital Markets announced it arranged the funding for the 13-property multi-housing portfolio through Freddie Mac. The garden-style portfolio includes 1,880 market-rate units across 13 properties located in Middlesex, Somerset, Union, Monmouth and Morris counties. The properties were built between 1959 and 1999 and are primarily legacy-owned assets.
