At least six cars were stopped in the left two eastbound lanes of the highway near Exit 40 in Jericho, according to traffic cameras. At 5:58 p.m., Highlands police responded to the 20 block of North Street and found Angus McDougald suffering from two stab wounds, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said. McDougald was pronounced dead at the scene, Santiago said. Michael Dunzello, McDougald's roommate, was charged with murder in the first degree and a weapons offense, Santiago said.
